Le club anglais de Premier League Everton, a confirmé que son défenseur Michael Keane s’était fracturé le crâne après un choc avec le défenseur sénégalais Idrissa Gana Gueye, lors d’un match qui les opposait à Bournemouth.
Le défenseur, âgé de 25 ans, avait marqué plus tôt pour donner une avance de 2-0 aux Toffees avant de subir un choc très violent avec son coéquipier Idrissa Gueye, quelques images montrent la violence du choc.
Everton a confirmé que Keane a subi une fracture du crâne lors de l’incident, le club ajoute que son défenseur serait «incapable reprendre sa place» avant trois semaines.
Le sénégalais a réagi sur son compte Instagram avec des mots qui montrent sa désolation « Merci aux supporters qui sont venus. J’espère que tout va bien @ michaelkeane93. Récupération rapide mon frère »
« Je vais bien ! » lui rassure t-il, « mais j’ai eu une petite fracture du crâne qui va se soigner et je serais absent pendant au moins trois semaines » a ajouté Michael Keane visiblement pas très rancunier.
A rappeler que la rencontre entre Bournemouth vs Everton qui comptait pour la 3ème journée du Premier League a été soldé par un match nul 2 buts partout.
